1. How do I pay?

We accept payments via Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to checkout. You can also use your credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Switch/Maestro). Those with existing Paypal accounts can login for ease of payment.

The total amount of your purchase, including taxes, shipping and handling (if applicable), will be charged in US Dollars ($) and converted to your currency at current rate by your card issuer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds on your account.

2. How do you determine your prices?

All the prices on the web site are in US Dollars ($).

We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. In the event of any price changes that affect purchases that have already been processed, we will contact you to obtain your approval before making any extra charges or shipping goods.

Orders are subject to product availability.

The automatic “order processing” email you may receive does not constitute order confirmation.

If a product you have ordered is not available for any reason you will be informed and have the option to amend the order or be issued a full refund.

3. How long does it take my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, unless otherwise stated on our site. Your order will be shipped within 2 working days of us receiving cleared payment for your order.

4. What is my estimated delivery time?

US/Canada: 1 – 4 days
Rest of World: 7 – 21 Days

Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.

5. What if I want to return, refund and(or) cancel my order?

We do not accept returns of downloaded products. However, we offer a return policy on all physical items.

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, excluding shipping and packaging.

Goods returned must be as “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping to return the items.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice / receipt.

Orders must be sent via USPS with a tracking number and returned to Voyage Music, 325 North Melrose Dr. Unit A, Vista, CA., 92083 USA

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before shipping and a full refund will provided.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken items. If you experience this please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

6. What about payment security?

Our online payments are processed securely via Paypal. Your card details are not stored anywhere on our server.

7. What about my privacy?

Your privacy is important to us. All of the personal details collected on this site will be held in the strictest confidence. At no time will we disclose any personal information to 3rd Parties.

From time to time we may use your details to inform you about new products and services being offered. If you do not wish to receive any information from us about new products, special offers and events you will be able to unsubscribe as soon as you receive your first email from us.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

8. How do I contact Voyage Music?

If you have any questions or inquiries about your order, or our range of products, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch. Our business hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, unless otherwise specified on our site. Please check the website to see if there is a holiday period which may disrupt normal response and shipping times. During business hours we endeavor to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours of receiving email.
